for any desired charitable donations made with the remainder of the items, with
donation slip for you
- Leaving the home cleared of contents and in broom-clean
condition
- Sales proceeds are paid within three days at the closing of
the estate sale
Pricing Your Items
Estate Sales & Liquidations
will do our best to get top dollar for your items. Since our fee is based on a
percentage of the total sale, it is in everyone's best interest to get the highest
price on all items. Event Sale Days
Our "events" are
conducted on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Advertising of the
sale will be in two local newspapers, emails and through an extensive call list.
Advertising and staff are paid out of our percentage. An Estate Sale
is a Big Open House!
