How Does This Work?
Estate Sales & Liquidations provides all of the resources needed to sort, organize, attractively display, research, price, advertise and sell the contents of an estate. We work with you, the client, and our buyers to provide an enjoyable, secure and profitable experience for all parties.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book A Sale?
We prefer a lead time of 2-3 weeks, but you can also book us 6 months in advance. We have also been able to put together quality sales in a matter of days. Also, our customers attend estate sales all year, so any month is a great time to have a sale.

What Is Your Commission?
Estate Sales & Liquidations charges 30% to 40% commission of the gross sales. Commission fees come out of the sale proceeds. We DO NOT ever charge an upfront fee and OUR percentage will pay for advertising and employee fees. Our Clients will never be charged for anything!

What Kind Of Items Do You Sell?
PLEASE, DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! We can sell antiques, clothing, furniture, tools, appliances, jewelry, artwork, collectibles, garden equipment, vehicles, boats, storage rooms... almost anything you have. You may be surprised at what will actually sell.

What Kind Of Advertising Do You Do?
Estate Sales & Liquidations utilizes the latest in technology in advertising, including internet photos, email reminders and social media posts. Additionally, we post highly professional printed Estate Sale signs leading the way to your sale. Our goal is to bring buyers to your sale!

Do you Sell Everything?
Based on past performance, we consistently sell around 90% of the estate contents. After your sale, a clean up crew will remove any remaining items and leave the home in broom clean condition, insuring that the home will be cleared and ready for its next homeowner.
