Does This Work? Estate Sales & Liquidations provides all of the resources
needed to sort, organize, attractively display, research, price, advertise and
sell the contents of an estate. We work with you, the client, and our buyers to
provide an enjoyable, secure and profitable experience for all parties. How
Far In Advance Do I Need To Book A Sale? We prefer a lead time of
2-3 weeks, but you can also book us 6 months in advance. We have also been able
to put together quality sales in a matter of days. Also, our customers attend
estate sales all year, so any month is a great time to have a sale. What
Is Your Commission? Estate Sales & Liquidations charges 30% to 40%
commission of the gross sales. Commission fees come out of the sale proceeds.
We DO NOT ever charge an upfront fee and OUR percentage will pay for advertising
and employee fees. Our Clients will never be charged for anything! What

Estate Sale signs leading the way to your sale. Our goal is to bring buyers to
your sale! Do you Sell Everything? Based on
past performance, we consistently sell around 90% of the estate contents. After
the sale, we have an organization that will come to your event and pick up the
remaining items. This organization will provide you with a tax-deductible receipt. |
